Exploring Your Moon Sign, Emotional Wounds, and the Self-Care You Actually Need
Your Moon sign is one of the most intimate placements in your birth chart. It speaks to how you feel, what you need to feel safe, and the emotional patterns that have shaped you, often long before you had words for them.
In this 2.5-hour workshop, we slow down and go inward. Using your Moon sign and house placement as our guide, we'll explore the emotional wounds that formed early in your life, the unmet needs that still quietly drive your behavior, and what genuine self-care — not the performative kind, but the kind that actually reaches you — looks like for your specific emotional blueprint.
We'll move through psychoeducation, somatic check-ins, guided journaling, and group sharing in a held, intentional space. You'll leave with a personalized self-care plan rooted in who you actually are.
What's Included:
— A guided participant workbook
— Moon sign and house reference materials
— A personalized self-care framework to take home

Previous Workshop: Women’s Inner Child Workshop
A four-part, in-person workshop led by Dr. Andrea Kosten focused on healing childhood wounds through group processing, guided meditation, and astrological birth chart exploration. Participants deepened self-understanding, strengthened self-compassion, and gained insight into emotional needs using the natal chart as a reflective tool for growth and healing. Upon completion, this group evolved into what is now our Women’s Inner Child Group— thriving and going strong for over two years!
Fee: $333
How Participants Experience the Women’s Inner Child Workshop
Participants often described this workshop as both structured and deeply emotional.
Many appreciated the clear framework: monthly themes, focused exploration of specific astrological placements, guided meditations, and reflective homework they could return to between sessions.
For those who value structure and routine, the format offers a steady way to revisit inner child work at home.
Women frequently shared that the blend of astrology and inner child healing helps them:
Better understand themselves and their emotional patterns
Access feelings that are typically difficult to reach
Process emotions with practical tools outside of session
Feel more confident reading and understanding their birth chart
The guided meditations are often described as powerful — sometimes heavy, but meaningful and necessary.
Participants also reflected on the group space itself: feeling welcomed, seen, and heard —
even when joining felt vulnerable at first. Over time, many shared that it becomes easier to open up
and that the space felt supportive and thoughtfully led.
While each woman’s experience is unique, the workshop is often experienced as a structured, insightful,
and transformative way to connect with the inner child — and with other women doing the same work.
Retreats
The Sacred Vessel offers one- and two-day immersive retreats at offsite locations in nature or wellness-focused venues. These experiences invite participants to pause from daily life and reconnect with themselves through guided meditation, somatic practices, group process, and ritual.
Retreats are intentionally small to preserve safety, intimacy, and depth of experience.
Retreats explore themes such as:
Inner child reconnection
Past, present, and future self integration
Healing through the elements (earth, water, fire, air)
Emotional release and renewal through movement and reflection
*Groups, workshops, and retreats, while grounded in psychological insight, are educational and experiential in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment.*
