Women’s Groups
The Sacred Vessel hosts ongoing group offerings that combine relational support, guided reflection, and creative exploration.
Each group is designed to cultivate belonging, compassion, and embodied healing within a shared, sacred space.
*Groups, workshops, and retreats, while grounded in psychological insight, are educational and experiential in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or mental health treatment.*
Women’s Inner Child Group
A closed, in-person process group focused on healing childhood wounds and building self-trust through reflection, meditation, and birth chart insight.
Women’s Empowerment Group
An in-person group for women in their mid-20s to early-30s centered on identity, relationships, and self-worth in a supportive, community-based setting.
Women’s Inner Child Group
The Women’s Inner Child Group is a closed, process-oriented group designed to support healing of childhood wounds and the development of deeper self-nurturance. This group integrates group processing, guided meditation, and astrological birth charts to help participants gain insight into early emotional experiences, attachment patterns, and unmet needs.
Using the natal birth chart as a developmental map, members explore how early environments shaped their emotional world, coping strategies, and sense of self. The group focuses on emotional repair by fostering compassion, self-trust, and a more loving relationship with the inner child. Emphasis is placed on gentle curiosity rather than judgment, allowing insight and healing to unfold at a pace that feels safe and contained.
This is a closed group, meaning membership remains consistent throughout the duration of the group to support safety, trust, and continuity. Originating from a four-part workshop, this group has continued to grow and has been running for over two years—driven by the participants’ desire to keep the work going. The group meets in person on the third Friday of every month and offers a shared, intentional space where participants can be witnessed in their healing while learning from the experiences of others.
Prerequisite: Participation in the Women’s Inner Child Workshop is required prior to joining this group to ensure a shared foundation and emotional readiness for the work.
Date and Time: The third Friday of every month from 5:30pm-7:30pm
Fee: $60 per session
“Healing begins when we offer the younger parts of ourselves what they never received.”
Women’s Empowerment Group
This community-centered, in-person group is designed for women in their mid-20s to early-30s who are navigating identity, relationships, and self-worth during a time of profound personal change. Through years of working closely with women in this stage of life, common themes consistently emerge — including sex and intimacy, dating, communication, confidence, body image, and shifting family dynamics. When left unsupported, these experiences often contribute to anxiety, depression, shame, low self-esteem, and sexual difficulties.
This group offers a safe, supportive, and compassionate space to explore these themes openly and honestly. Together, members deepen authenticity, strengthen boundaries, and practice self-expression while being witnessed and validated by others on similar paths. The intention is not to “fix” anyone, but to foster connection, insight, and empowerment — leaving participants feeling more confident, grounded, and connected to themselves and others.
The Women’s Empowerment Group is an ongoing, in-person group that meets on the first Friday of every month. Participation is space-limited and only available when openings arise. New members are required to commit to four consecutive sessions to support group cohesion, safety, and continuity.
Date and Time: The first Friday of every month from 5:30pm-7pm
Fee: $180 for the first four sessions. Continued participation is $45 per session thereafter
