Individual psychotherapy sessions provide a private, supportive space for deep emotional processing and self-discovery. Rooted in Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) and trauma-informed principles, sessions help clients identify, express, and transform core emotional experiences.
Dr. Kosten thoughtfully integrates astrology, tarot, and somatic awareness (where clinically appropriate) as reflective tools to deepen insight and self-compassion.

Couples Therapy
Couples therapy supports partners seeking to strengthen emotional connection, enhance intimacy, improve communication, and heal relational wounds.
