By registering for this group, workshop, or retreat offered by The Sacred Vessel Therapy & Wellness,
you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Nature of Services

Groups, workshops, and retreats are educational and experiential offerings designed to support personal growth, self-reflection, and emotional exploration. While grounded in psychological insight, these offerings do not constitute psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or clinical services.

No Therapeutic Relationship

Participation in any group, workshop, or retreat does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Dr. Kosten. These offerings are not intended to diagnose, treat, or address mental health conditions.

Not a Substitute for Mental Health Care

These experiences are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or medical care. Participants are encouraged to maintain appropriate support from licensed mental health professionals or healthcare providers as needed.

Emotional Participation

Participants acknowledge that personal growth experiences may involve emotional content, self-reflection, and group sharing. By registering, participants agree to take responsibility for their own emotional well-being and to seek additional support outside of the offering if needed. Participation is voluntary, and participants may choose their level of engagement and may step away from any activity at any time.

Personal Responsibility

Participants agree to engage voluntarily and assume responsibility for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after the experience.

By registering for this offering, you confirm that:

  • You understand the nature and scope of the experience

  • You acknowledge that this is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment

  • You understand that participation does not create a therapeutic relationship

  • You agree to take responsibility for your own well-being

  • You consent to participate under these terms 

Refund Policy

Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the workshop date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, as materials are prepared in advance and your spot cannot be filled.
